TRS is a fully integrated provider of financial information, financial education and financial services. TRS is a publicly traded company, incorporated in 2005, whose initial purpose was to provide subscribers and associates with investment ideas that could help them or their clients achieve their financial goals. Today, TRS is more than just Investment Portfolios, it has grown into a diversified financial services company with the acquisitions of Investment Tools and Training and Razor Data. TRS offers portfolios, under the brand, In The Black Investing, that provide subscribers, via an exclusive relationship with StockDiagnostics.com, Inc., small, mid and large cap investment portfolios consisting of approximately 100 stocks in the mid and large cap portfolios and 50 stocks in the small cap portfolio. In addition to these Portfolio subscriptions and upcoming education content, the Company also provides its subscribers with access to the StockDiagnostics.com stock selection tools and updates, which include real-time changes to the portfolios.

By focusing on operational cash flow rather than earnings per share ratios, TRS’ In The Black Investing™ portfolios are providing investors with access to sophisticated objective information, gleaned from thousands of data points.

Investment Tools and Training (ITT)

ITT was acquired by TRS in January of 2008 and is a company whose goal is to equip students with financial knowledge, skills and investing habits through a diversified and personal education and training system that includes multiple delivery formats such as live webinars, recorded webisodes, training symposiums, coaching, mentoring, investor rooms and newsletters. In April, the company launched its own brand, “InvestView”, under the ITT banner. ITT is staffed with qualified professionals who serve as instructors and advisors. These individuals include masters in adult learning, certified market technician, certified financial planner, chartered financial analyst, PhD of psychology and a published author.

Razor Data (RD)

RD was acquired by TRS in January of 2008 and provides complete turnkey solutions to its customers in the financial community that include stock market information and tools, comprehensive database creating and management, distributed web hosting and network environments and complete e-Content creation and management. The experienced technology and operations management and development team at Razor Data have enabled the company to achieve five years of profitable growth and strong free-cash flow. Razor Data brings a robust technology platform with virtually no capital investment needs.
